Privacy Policy

This website is informational and does not host any client portal, telehealth session, or clinical intake — no protected health information (PHI) is collected here. Information shared through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you choose, to schedule a consultation.

What is collected: when you submit the contact form, the name, email address, phone number, area of interest, and message you provide are sent to Gabbie Wynschenk's email inbox via Resend, a third-party email delivery service. Resend processes that submission only to deliver it by email and is not used for advertising or analytics. A copy of the same information, along with the date and time it was sent, is also saved in a secure database so your message isn't lost.

How messages are stored: that database is hosted by Neon, a service provider that stores it on the practice's behalf. Only the practice's administrators can read the saved messages, and they must sign in to do so. Messages are never shown on the website and can't be seen by other visitors.

Website analytics: this site uses Google Analytics to count visits, such as which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are located (city or region), what kind of device they use, and how they arrived (for example, from a Google search). Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to tell a new visit from a returning one. It does not receive anything typed into the contact form, and it is not used for advertising: Google signals and ad personalization are turned off. You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and the site will work the same.

What is not collected: this site does not use advertising trackers of any kind. No account is created, and no information is sold or shared with third parties beyond the three service providers described above: Resend, which delivers the email, Neon, which stores the copy, and Google Analytics, which counts visits.

Data retention: contact form submissions are kept in email and in the database until the practice deletes them. There is no automatic deletion schedule. You can ask for your message and contact details to be deleted at any time by making a request through the contact form.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and no information is knowingly collected from children.
